Thorne Ultimate-E - Contains All of The Natural Forms of Vitamin E - 60 Gelcaps

I take this on an empty stomach together with Thorne Research Selenomethionine and my thyroid medication, and wait at least 30 minutes before eating. Vitamin E works synergistically with selenium, increasing absorption. Selenium helps convert T4 to T3. Since adding this to my thyroid medication, my dosage of thyroid has decreased significantly. Every other brand of vitamin E I have ever tried has given me a severe headache. This brand does not. Also, it does not contain soy, which is a goitrogen and a carcinogen. I highly recommend this brand!

After I started taking this product, I couldnt figure out why I was having migraines. I had to do some trial and error, and figured out it was the Thorne Vitamin E. I returned it and bought Andrew Lessman Tocotrienols Vitamin E instead. No issues. Im not sure what happened to Thorne.

Very pleased with the quality of this full spectrum vitamin E supplement. I also enjoy the A and B varieties in the Thorne product line.

These capsules are just huge!!! Even though it is a capsule very difficult to swallow. Im sure it is probably a great product!! Now wanting to waste I take a pin and puncture one end and squeeze into my smoothie. Going back to other I was using. Same dosage, capsule was 1/3 of the size.

Product arrived quickly. Thorne Research makes high quality supplements. Ive had PCOS for years and Ultimate E helps to regulate my hormones. When I ran out of it, breast tenderness and PMS symptoms returned until I started taking it again. Highly recommend it!

Value for the money and easy to swallow. No upset stomach or nausea after taking. This brand is great!
