> 3 dayI am not always a fan of the pods in general. I think they are a little more expensive than the standard liquid and I used to think they didn’t really get items clean. I picked up a box of these exact pods from Sam’s Club (where they are sometimes cheaper than Amazon) because they had the Oxi in them. I had a family member who has interstitial cystitis and sometimes the clothing needs a little more than standard cleaning. Anyone who suffers from this will understand. These pods are the ONLY thing I have found to get the smell out of the clothing without having to soak first or apply an additional cleaner to the clothing. It has a pleasant “clean” smell I don’t mind either. In addition, if you or someone you know, has any dexterity issues, these come in handy. If there are no children or pets in the home, you can leave the lid off and just reach in to grab the number you need. No trying to twist the lid off and on like the liquid. If it gets knocked over, the liquid doesn’t spill everywhere. I still use the liquid as well and save these for my barn clothes or heavy dog smelling items. I have had, one time, where the pod did not dissolve at all and was still solid. I didn’t realize it and it ended up in the dryer with some Clothes. I pulled it out and saw a blue stain in my eggshell camisole and thought it was ruined. Threw it in the wash again and it all came out perfect. Now I do watch for that just in case

Greater than one weekLove the fact that you just toss in the washer and don’t have to be dealing with liquid, and love the freshness

> 3 dayWorks well with one pod. Be careful not to use more than one unless your load is very large otherwise you’ll run a risk of problems if you have a front load washer. I was using 2 pods for large loads and my machine was making loud noises that sounded mechanical and expensive. I call a repairman out and he said to only use one pod unless I stuff the washer full. It’s been months of using 1 pod only now and my potential problem has subsided. I only use two for rugs or quilts.

> 3 dayBeen doing loads of towels — small to medium — with pods, Replaced Paper Towels with hand towels and tea towels. Set washer settings to Cold and Slow. Never use more than one pod per wash. Works fine,

Greater than one weekBuying Tide pods is like buying laundry detergent without buying the water. The pods are highly concentrated detergent, color protector, and stain remover in small pouches; As opposed to standard liquid detergents that are made with a water base. Why buy water when youre paying for it in another capacity already? BE SURE TO USE THEM CORRECTLY; Start the water, throw the pods at the bottom (however many appropriate for your load), let them sit in the water THEN load!! It should go without saying but, DO NOT EAT.
