I had purchased another popular named DVR/camera combo for my home security that was so-so but I actually thought I was satisfied until I saw a Tigersecu DVR-NVR combo at a very reasonable cost so thinking that I might be adding some different type cameras later, I bought the 5mp DVR NVR Combo from Tigersecu. I am so very happy with my purchase from the start! Bye DVR hooked right up to my existing cameras without a problem and actually makes everything look better ANDthe receiver is easier to use and navigate because it is so intuitive. The best part is that when I did have a problem, the folks from Tigersecu were right there to stand behind their product. My first contact was sending an email and almost unbelievably, I got a call back from a young lady named Sandee who did all she could do to answer each and every one of my concerns. While I was performing the troubleshooting steps with Sandee, another problem arose in which one of the two separate power supplies for either side of the 8 ch had gone bad. This had us stumped for a day or two but the folks at Tigersecu kept going tirelessly until the problem was solved. I heard from 3 different dedicated people, both though messaging and phone calls, at Tiger until my system was up and running again. The answer to my problem was a new power supply That cost me less than 20.00 !!!!!! TIGER TEAM ROARS VALUE AND SATISFACTION

Price motivated factor Adapted too large than Lorex

Didnt know what was wrong with my recorder. Wasnt recording. Bought a HDD device because it wasnt recording. That wasnt it. Ordered the adapter that was compatible with Samsung and started working. Very pleased. It also came earlier than expected.

Quick shipping and exactly what I needed. My security DVR has stopped working. I thought I may have to replace the DVR as it is getting up there in age but it was the power supply! Quality product and very satisfied.

I have no complaints. The adapter worked great and continues to power my Owl security system. No problems to report. I would purchase from this vendor again.

Helped me eliminatge several old lines

Thin wires,enough for my 8 camera system,even tho theres 9 power wires.1 power wire is acting up,causing camera to have static/lines/blurry video,I just switched it to another power wire.Worth the price.Note,do not use this to power the DVR unit,use a direct line only,this is only for the cameras power only.Had this for sometime now and seems to be ok...

This is a nifty little addition to my security camera system, it eliminates the need for 2 power strips to plug in all nine of my camera power adapters. I feel its a great price too .It also has the UL safety test logo on it. Will defiantly buy again if the need arises
