I cant stand the packaging and the fact that it looks like I am putting spooge in my hair. Whomever designs the packaging must be a 12 year old boy, or a guy who lives in his mothers basement in live with his left hand. Besides the obvious packaging, the product itself works great. My pixie cut looks textured, shiny, stays in place, yet is soft, plyable and easyily manipulated with my hand repeatedly throughout the day.... which Im sure the packaging designer appreciates about this product too.

I didnt had any problems with this product. They gave me the original. I compere it with the one I have at home and is just fine
