Life changer

I purchased this tile to do 2 things as Tile advertises. I wanted to find my keys from the phone app and anted to use the Tile to find my phone. In either case th Tile should either activate or the phone should ring-as the advertising claims. So, I followed the directions for setup-and nothing worked. Mind you, the instructions are not exactly clear...I the conyacted Amazon. They asked me to remove the battery and if possible to replace it! Why would I have a replacement battery for a new item???? I was then told to put the batteery back in. Mind you, the tile buzzes when you press it. But it is not seen by bluetooth on my iphone...(I dont know if this is required, but then again the instructions are less than desirable). So, Amazon is sending me a replacement. Who knows??

Is not reliable. Does not update in real time, always behind. Cannot find phone. Only works when it wants to. Horrible product. Buy another product.

This product replaced an existing tile. The battery died on the device I purchased previously. The new product was easy to replace and install.

This works very well

Works great, I purchased this for my wife. She was always misplacing her phone and keys. She loves it!!

The device range is fairly limited even for a Bluetooth device (my earbuds have a greater range than this device has) and the signal noise isnt really loud enough. Youd have to be standing right next to your keys or wallet or whatever to hear it.

Literally the only thing I can complain about is that in order for the tile to ring my phone, the app must be open in the background, otherwise it will not ring, serious flaw they need to fix. Otherwise, fantastic.

Wouldnt be without it!

It works for the first maybe month and then it stops working and always says can’t track tile. It’s useful for a month but really it is a waste as a long term investment.
