We used this to replace a screen with openings just a bit big for a range vent. It isnt perfect but definitely has done a better job. I snipped with old jewelry wire cutters. The edges began to fray a little but I suspect it will hold up fine on place for some years.

Screen is not flat, its rolled up and is impossible to roll out flat without bending. Screen is not welded, its a weave and shifts easy. The screen is described as 5mesh, the box is labled as 6mesh. Typical Chinese garbage amazon sells. If you need good quality, shop somewhere else!!!

Very solid and sturdy

#5 mesh wont cut with scissors or tin snips. Even using 6 diagonal cutters was a bit challenging. Orherwise, works great for screening sawdust out of 1/4 wood pellets.

Im using this screen for a craft idea. Its a good size to handle.

While this is expensive, you get what you pay for. This is thick metal and very strong and has been holding up great.

when it said 5 mesh i thought it meant five pieces. if its not five pieces say that, what the heck.

Great value and exactly what I needed. Easy shopping, Lowes and Home Depot did NOT have this item.
