I had already upgraded to a 1tb ssd years ago so figured Id give the ram a try since these olderacbooks actually support 16gb. Well worth it!! My MacBook pro now runs faster than it ever did new:) If on the fence Id highly recommend doing this upgrade, it has made a huge difference for me and many others.
