Do not buy this item! First of all, it doesnt clean the floor well. It leaves puddles of water, ruining your floors! The vacuum is so weak! Also, when i tried to return it i couldnt take it apart so it doesnt fit in the box for returns.

Was broken from the beginning but I did purchase a re-newer product. But part that was broke was inside the clean tank just beware if you buy a refurbished Vac. Delivered on time. And Refunded easily. Might consider same brand but NEW

Its ok if you’re ok with cleaning your floors with a cup of water and 5x5 inch cloth that you’ll never be able to machine wash. Leaves streaks.

I hate doing floors more than any other household chore. This looked like a great option for me, being able to sweep and mop all at once. I wanted to love it, but I don’t. It works fine except that it leaks all over the floor when you turn it off. And, cleanup is a real pain. Had any of the videos addressed how it really needs to be cleaned, I wouldn’t have purchased it. I didn’t realize that it needed to be taken all apart and rinsed the first time I used it. There was this terrible odor in my house and I found it to be the culprit. Having to take it apart and rinse everything is more trouble than my using my mop and bucket.

My daughter ordered me one after she told me how much she loved hers. It is much easier to use than a standard mop. It works very well. I’m happy with the purchase.

Very good cleaning the floors just make sure you clean the vacuum after each uses cause it will start to stink but over all great! Keeps my floors clean

I am so thrilled with this purchase. I have been researching different wet/dry vacs for a while now and finally landed on this one. It is a big investment but the quality you are getting is amazing. Pros- No cord to trip over The dirty water is separate from clean water It has a self clean feature (amazing) Leaves floors shiny and smelling good. Easy to clean when done Comes with extra roller brush Comes with two bottles of cleaner (you only use a cap full each time if you choose) Pretty quiet when using It is easy to push 2 year warranty Cons: Finding a spot to store it and plug it in to charge It says it lasts 22 min on one charge. I was able to get my whole floor done no problem though Cleaning it after takes a few minutes of extra time If you leave the water in it has a foul odor Price Some people have said that the power on and off button gets turned off when they are cleaning. I did not have this problem. It is on the handle but my finger never touched it. It should not be a deal breaker. If you are debating on which wet/dry vac to get you won’t be sorry you got this one. I have loved using it and it is so much better than a swifter. My husband even noticed a difference with the floors and that is saying a lot. There are a lot more expensive models but this one works just fine! Also, if you can find it when it’s on sale…even better! Happy cleaning!!

Love this product but didn’t realize Walmart and few other places sell this for way cheaper. I still don’t regret it tho because i love this vac mop but just letting u know!!! You can probably get this for cheaper elsewhere. This is also their gen 2 I believe so they have more advanced versions now

This product really works and d I es a great job. No streaks left on floors. Self cleans so always fresh. I was truly impressed.
