I have replaced all the cartridges and the Magenta one is not being recognized by the machine. Odd that the other colors all worked fine. I have tried just about everything to get it to recognize the new tone cartridge. I did email the company but have not received a response. The support chat function was not available at the time either. Would like to be able to provide a better review but cant if some of the product is not compatible as it states it should be.

I was looking for ink that you dont have to take out a loan to buy that us quality. I found it this product is great.

First order we have placed with this company and we are happy with what we received. Cartridges arrived in a timely manner. We are using the cartridges on a printer that gets quite a bit of use. No complaints - very please with the printed quality. Will purchase again.

We bought these and had the hardest time getting them into our printer. But then it all clicked into place and worked. May have to try, walk away, and come back to get it to work! We have brother Laser printer and used the ink to print on semi gloss paper. No runny ink or smudges! Worked great! Also worked great on card-stock and regular printer paper.

This product was equal in quality to the name brand and much less expensive.

We havent changed out all of the colors yet, but for the ones that have been replaced the printer recognized the cartridge and printed just the way it should! Would definitely purchase these again when we run out of toner.

It was easy to install. I have had no problems with it. It works as if it was a Brother product. I would recommend this for anyone who needs a replacement drum.

This toner is exactly as advertised. We will be buying again soon for all our printer needs.

I have a Brother HL-L3290CDW printer and absolutely love this thing. Well, the black ink finally ran out and after seeing the $260 price tag of a replacement set of all 4 cartridges I decided to shop around and try this one. Installation was easy and it prints just fine. At first, the ink status on the Brother printer software on my PC showed a question mark for the black ink signifying it didnt know the level. I updated to the latest software and restarted my printer and now it shows the level of the black ink. We all know the printer ink conspiracy is actually one of few that are legit. Lol. With a clipped coupon via Amazon I was able to get all 4 cartridges for $97 total! Given the huge price difference I was willing to take a chance on third party ink cartridges and so far all is good.
