The magnet may hold up to 100 lbs but the hook segment may not. I did not plan on placing 100 pounds on each hook. So these will do for the application intended.

These magnets are very strong, and I love the flexible hook. They hold a lot of weight and have a very strong quick magnetic grip. Good value.

Bought these for cruising, they’re phenomenal! Hung jackets, backpacks, binoculars, beach gear -worked for everything!!

Huge fan of the modern so-called rare earth magnets and there ridiculous strength. So count me satisfied when these showed up and actually were just as strong as I had hoped. Smiles ensued until I realized the hooks were only mediocre and I couldnt trust them beyond maybe 5 pounds. Also, while they technically work when used vertically, the flat bottom hook design is not really meant for vertical and I would heavily recommend a regular round hook.

Magnets are strong. Going to use them for next cruise to hold up stuff on the walls

They are much smaller than I expected and they will pack pretty easily in our luggage to take on the cruise!

Not even close to 100lbs holding force. 30 at best. Good enough for what I’m using them for but was disappointed they’re not as strong as they claim.

It reads that they will hold 100lbs, not even close. If I had to guess holding strength is maybe 15-20 lbs tops.
