After purchasing my Surface Book 2 I was a bit disappointed at the lack of travel cases available for the device. Perhaps it was my inferior searching skills are what led me astray, but I was a bit excited when I came across the TomToc Laptop Sleeve Bag. I was, however, concerned over the compatibility of the bag as I read quite a few conflicting reviews. One review said the Book 2 fit perfectly while the next one flat-out stated that it did not. So I took the plunge with the 13-13.5 bag and while the Book 2 technically fit - I was able to place the device in the bag and zip it up - it was quite a struggle, enough to where I was not happy with the result. I was afraid that Id damage the device body because I had to grip it quite tightly in order to extract it from the sleeve. In addition, it was tight enough to where I inadvertently turned the Book 2 on while inserting or extracting. After a no-hassle return (thanks Amazon!), I ordered the next size up - the 14-15 - and this works PERFECTLY. The Book 2 slides into and out of the sleeve without a problem and I love the outer pouches for the cables and power supply. The height of the bag is perfect for the height of the Book 2 with no gap, no matter the orientation. The width has about 1 worth of play which I dont consider to be a negative aspect. I would definitely recommend this sleeve for anyone with a Surface Book 2.

This is a great laptop sleeve with 2 outside storage compartments. I like the fact I can charge it while in the sleeve due to the placement of the zipper. I highly recommend it.

I bought this for my 13.5 Surface Laptop 3 and I couldnt be happier with it. All the zippers are extremely smooth, the two front pockets are very roomy and the inside is fantastic. Its so soft and smooth my laptop slides in and out very easily but it also stays secure enough that it hasnt slipped out the few times I have forgotten to zipper it up. The water resistance has help up well so far but Ive only been out in light rain with it. Given everything else about it though, I would feel safe bringing it out in worse weather. Also, the side zipper for the laptop is great. It allows me to have the laptop in the case while also charging. Regardless of which port on which side Im using. I honestly cant recommend this enough.

This is not the first purchase Ive made from TomToc and it most assuredly wont be the last. The best compliment one can give a manufacturer is to buy from them again. This TomToc 360 Protective Laptop Sleeve is perfect for me. Admittedly, I did not buy it for a 13 device. I bought it for my iPad Pro 11, which is much smaller and is attached to the Brydge Pro 11 Bluetooth Keyboard. But the biggest reason I wanted a larger case was to let me also store my Grifiti Travel Deck (12 x 9) in the bag with my iPad and Keyboard. iPad Pro 11 is a bit too small to place in a lap for typing, so the addition of a lightweight laptop tray was the perfect solution. The problem was the cases I had were fine if all I wanted to carry was the iPad and Keyboard. They would not let me also add the laptop tray as well as my iPad and Keyboard. TomToc to the rescue. This case is so nicely made. Its protective interior is cushioned better than any travel sleeve Ive owned. Theres simply no chance of scratches on my device around the zipper. It also includes what they call CornerArmor to provide more strength and protection on the bottom corners of the sleeve should it come in contact with an unwanted hard surface. We pay so many $$hundreds of dollars for these electronic marvels, so to me, protecting them the best they can be protected is important. The zippers on the sleeve are YKK, which I actually had to look up to see why that mattered. I learned they are the top name in quality zippers. This means the zippers should hold up for a long long time. The sleeves main compartment zipper is also on the side, not the top. I actually think is a far better place to put the zipper, especially if like me, youll be putting this sleeve in a backpack. In a backpack, it will put the side zipper on the top, so you can more easily remove your laptop/tablet from the sleeve without having to take the sleeve out of the backpack. And this leaves room on the top for a high quality retractable handle, which can be slid completely flat. The handle feels durable and well made. Thats important for those times you will actually be carrying the sleeve by the handle. On the front of this sleeve are two generously sized zipper pockets. You can put a lot of the necessary things you may need to travel with, such as cables, charging bricks, mice, accessories, pencils/pens, cell phones, etc., and still have space for more. Really Nice! The sleeve is very lightweight, but feels super durable in the polyester material they used on the outside. Its also water repellent! You can buy less expensive bags for your electronics, but for just a few dollars more, you get so much more with this TomToc A17 360 Laptop Sleeve. Ive always believed you get what you pay for in most cases. In this case, I think I got way more than I paid for. Thats a very good thing indeed!

There’s plenty of space for the Surface Pro 8 and its keyboard in the main sleeve. Plenty of space in the larger pocket for the charger and some other things. Plenty of space for the mouse and some other things in the smaller pocket. Handle seems sturdy. Seems well made (only used it for a couple days now, so time will tell). Only negative is that it arrived in a clear bag, so everyone could see what I ordered.

Perfect size for my new MacBook Air with M2 chip! Looks good as well.

Very nice case. Good quality. I really like the carrying handle. The two individual zippered pockets are great for storing a mouse, adapters, cables, accessories, etc. Having two different sized pockets makes it easier to keep things organized versus a single large pocket. The only thing that might be an issue is if you put a lot of heavier items inside like maybe a large battery pack. Whenever you lay the case down on a flat surface, all the weight of any items you have in the pockets will be pressing down on the laptop. I have a 2017 13 inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar/Touch ID and the fit is nearly perfect. Very little extra space - snug and doesnt slide around. (Just make sure to get the size that says 13 inch instead of the one that says 13-13.5 inch) The padding inside is nice and soft and wont scratch your laptop. The only real issue is that you must take your time sliding the laptop into the case, so as not to scratch it against the zipper. The opening is just wide enough to get it in. As long as you dont rush to slide it in, you should be fine. A great way to carry everything together. Recommended.
