Product delivered on all promises with the exception of the volume holes. To clarify, the things in the back to my knowledge have nothing to so with volume, they are part of the cooling system. That said, the cases hole does not line up with them. Whether this is a design flaw or I got a defective unit, Im not sure. Id be happy to talk to the seller about it as the rest of the case is very well built. The first and second picture are what mine looks like normally, and the third is what I assume its supposed to look like, but I have to push it down to do that

I used to always use the Switch case by Nintendo. But wanted more room to carry extra joycons, straps, etc, so I decided to try this case out. I’m so glad that I did This is an amazing case, fits a lot of accessories, games, and getting the Switch in and out is a breeze. I’ve never once felt uncomfortable with my Switch in here. Not to forget the attention to detail this thing has. They use the same zippers that Northface jackets use. So you know you’re getting quality and durability. The feature of being able to play your Switch as it’s charging is also a great feature to have that you don’t appreciate until you actually use it. For the price, it’s a waste of money to not buy this. I doubt there’s no better case at this price. The only reason I would consider another case, is the size. This case has a good thickness to it, which isn’t bad. But if I want to just to take my Switch and maybe a few games, I’d probably prefer a thinner case. Especially if I’m putting it in my backpack that already has stuff in it. Luckily Tomtoc makes a thinner case too. Overall, I’m highly satisfied, I completely have confidence and reliability from Tomtoc.

Seriously an excellent case; WAY better than anything off of the shelf. The zippers are excellent like they say. The I use the Stand feature almost every day. the storage compartment is nice as well as the two sided game cartridge holder. Considering getting the slimmer version after seeing how nice this one is.

It has a ton of room for games and very protective while keeping a pleasing aesthetic. I purchased the gray and couldnt be happier!

The case is nice but I Didnt even get the Nintendo switch case instead I got a smaller case to fit a Nintendo ds. Disappointed

This was the perfect replacement for my small case. I was talked into getting my previous case without realizing just how little it could hold. This is great because it can hold a small controller, a backup charger, some other small accessories, my games, and my console. It’s great! I feel like it keeps my stuff well protected. It’s very high quality, perfect for travel as well. Definitely worth the money. Would recommend to everyone with a switch!

Its easy for my kid to carry

Great travel case, stores a good amount of hardware. The propping of the switch screen doesn’t seem to work well but that’s not a deal breaker for the case. Easy enough for the kids to load or unload.

Great quality, Switch is very well protected. Delivery time was very quick even without amazon prime.

Does not fit Pro Controller. It doesnt close
