Clasp broke after five weeks of careful usage, I used it for storage (so dust does not accelerate the ocurrence of stick drift), never got to travel o carry my controller with it. Not durable, cant recommend.

I need a hard case for travel and also something to keep it in on my desk when not gaming. I like how this follows the shape of the controller. It even has a cutout for the sync button on the top. Nice. There are two things I wish this had: first some padding on the inside to give it a little softness and not have plastic rubbing against plastic, and second a cover for the USB port. The controller moves around a teensy tiny bit inside, but nothing excessive. The latch at the bottom feels robust and strong. Theres also a little extra room at the bottom around the expansion port to easily fit your fingers underneath. I also really like the texture of the plastic. This thing wont do much for impact damage, but its perfect for throwing in a backpack or a suitcase. I also have no issues with closing the lid or doing the latch. Its just your bog-standard quick release latch. Maybe some people dont know how to use it properly?

It’s a good carrying case, fairly slim and plastic. No foam cushion, but I don’t think it is really needed in most cases.

Holds the controller tightly but isnt pressing on any buttons or the analog sticks. Tight clasp. This is perfect for tossing in a bag. Unfortunately it doesnt fit the Xbox One controller, thought i cant figure out what the differences are. Hopefully they make another case for the Xbox One controllers.

Case is awesome, barely any larger than the controller by itself, but extremely well protected. Theres enough room for an aftermarket wireless adapter inside it as well.

I havent tested durability yet as I have not dropped it with a controller inside but it works great to store the controller and put into a bag to carry around. I use mine exclusively with my laptop for some games on steam.

I spent a fair amount having this custom controller made for my husband with engraving and everything. He loved it but was terrified it would get damaged in some way so he would store it in the original box ( not cute or convenient). I got him this and it’s amazing it fits like a glove and looks way better then a box. We are for sure getting more for our other remotes.

It was difficult to close and once latched the edges didnt meet.
