4 stars because filters where shipped in a bag and the box of filters got squished. Should have been packaged in a box. Thank goodness item was not damaged. Other than that ordering was easy and item was delivered in a timely manner.

This particular filter seem to clog up very easily and the water spills over.

Good for money spent

It feels good. I change it every three weeks and you can see that the filter is very dirty.

I didn’t have to add the charcoal, it’s already in there!

Filters are expensive. These were properly priced. Pet store is usually out of stock.
