I wish I could give this product a good review but I honestly cant at this point. it did mirror my phone but wouldnt broadcast video and then due to my not locking the phones aspect ratio image flipped sideways. Now no matter what I do I cant get the image to mirror the correct way. Ive tried multiple devices and TVs but no luck. Not sure I can get it to work at this point but I will keep trying. Even if I do get it working I still see a lot of lag when it is mirrored from my phone or my computer. It getting stuck sideways may be my fault though so thats why it wasnt a one star review.

No more long and bulky cables! Easy plug and play. Great if you want a portable device or if you want to set up another screen and not have to run wires. Works just as well as having a cable plugged in. From what Ive tried, no issue with audio or video synchronization. Really helps alot. get rid of the long bulky hdmi wire. Highly recommended!

This unit works great. Receives my video data cleanly. Decent range on the WiFi. I got this one to use with a monitor that I wanted to keep across the room and not have a cable running that distance. The monitor also has USB ports, so I was able to keep this entire unit hidden behind the monitor. The cable is short, but that generally works. The user interface took some figuring out, and getting it paired with my WiFi took some work, but once it was there, it worked great.

This wireless HDMI transmitter and receiver is quite convenient. This has allowed me to get rid of all the HDMI cables that I would hook to my TV. I mainly used this to display my laptop to my TV. First time setting up the device is quite easy just plug and play. The device has which one will go to the computer and which one goes to the computer/monitor. This receiver requires a power source via USB which both my TV and Laptop had. This has allowed me to easily display my laptop in the living room, I no longer need to drag around all the long HDMI cables. This has made streaming and consuming media in my household more convenient and effective.

I followed the directions closely and had no luck getting it to work. It did show up on my TVs HDMI connection, but my Acer Predator 500 laptop could not detect it. My Samsung A03 phone was also not able to detect it. I tried using and external USB 5V, 1A power adapter as the manual suggested with no luck. I was not able to contact tech support as there was no tech support contact information. Maybe it was just my combination of TV, computer, and phone, but I am not happy with this product.

Was excited about this dongle but was disappointed. Connected to TV and power, connected to WiFi but cant get it to connect consistently. Most of the time it just doesnt connect period. A few times I was able to get a connection but it only lasted for a short time. When it does connect it will display a static screen ok but struggles with video. Several times it will play audio but not the video. Ive tried this with iPhone, Android and Windows 10 PC all with the same results. I love the concept but this device is not the one.

1) Looses connection with display at will. Sometimes in a miute, sometimes in 4 hours. 2) More often just looses the sound, you can enjoy your video without it :) 3) Casting from 2 different smartphones to TV was awfull in quality, artifacts and delay, meanwhile from windows laptop was OK. p.s. wireless router is in 1 feet from TV and dungle, latop is in 4 feets

Comes with a micro-USB cable but no power supply. Wasnt an issue for me as we always seem to have a spare but keep it in mind. Also has a short HDMI cable which would allow the device to hide behind ones TV quite well. Additionally, there is an Audio / Video pigtail included. Pressing the big button in the center of the device switches it from Android / Windows mode to IOS / Mac mode. I tried it in the IOS mode and it mirrored my iPhone perfectly fine, no real lag that I could detect and my phone connected to it using the native screen mirroring in IOS. Be aware that it will not display the image for streaming apps, those will still play on my iPhone though. I switched to Android / Windows mode and gave my laptop a try. The image was laggy as others have noted, which is a shame because I think this device could really shine if it worked better there. One thing I though was interesting but havent been able to try (as I dont have a TV / monitor with these types of connections anymore but see pic) is the Audio / Video pigtail. Seems like it might be useful if one had an older TV which had this type of connection available?

Ive had issues trying to screencast from my laptop to my smart TV and hoped this would fix the problems Ive had. It didnt. Set up was easy and the online menu and remote are easy to use. Problem was that while watching the sound was off and then the picture started pixelating and getting blurry. Really thought for the cost this would be worth it but nope! Dont waste your money.

I need to use it to connect my phone to a projector. Tried many times and no success. I dont try it anymore.
