It worked well for 2 days, but after that the device needs disconnecting, maybe i got a defective one ...not sure. Should i jsut get a refund or have it replaced?

The device is easy to setup. Plug and play basically. The main problem I have with it, (and it could be the same with all these types of devices), is a SEVERE lag between my laptop and the TV. At one point, I thought it was frozen, but 2 minutes later it started showing the mouse cursor moving again, but severely lagged.

Was expecting horrible experience but instead was surprised with a easy and simple plug n play. This.does exactly what it says.

This product is not plug and play if you are looking to use to send to an older flat screen TV thru HDMI that is not currently set-up for casting. First had to figure out how to make it work with the lates Windows operating system, i.e., instructions need to be updated. When I finally got the PC to connect with the TV the picture from the PC was in portrait and rotated 90 degrees counter clockwise. It would not change to landscape even when clicking that option. PLUS, when I go to return it to Amazon there is no return option available. So now I am stuck with the device!

It took a little while for my computer to seek it out and pop up as an option for display, but once it did, it failed to connect. The instructions state I need three pieces of hardware that are Intel. The requirements state Intel wireless router, Intel graphics, Intel processor, and Win 8.1 or above. The Win 8.1 is no issue however, the other three are an issue. If you dont have those three Intel requirements above, it wont work.

Works flawlessly and connects easily. Great audio and picture quality!

No more long and bulky cables! Easy plug and play. Great if you want a portable device or if you want to set up another screen and not have to run wires. Works just as well as having a cable plugged in. From what Ive tried, no issue with audio or video synchronization. Really helps alot. get rid of the long bulky hdmi wire. Highly recommended!

This unit works great. Receives my video data cleanly. Decent range on the WiFi. I got this one to use with a monitor that I wanted to keep across the room and not have a cable running that distance. The monitor also has USB ports, so I was able to keep this entire unit hidden behind the monitor. The cable is short, but that generally works. The user interface took some figuring out, and getting it paired with my WiFi took some work, but once it was there, it worked great.

The company was easy to send product back to and refunded me. The product is not bad. It just disconnects often. Which would not even be that big of an issue but you have go through the reinstall every time to reconnect. I just do not have time for that. Went back to direct wire connection.
