I considered going to a 60w equivalent because my wife would never let me hear the end of it if these werent bright enough. But Im glad I took a chance on these (40w equivalent, 3000K). The color temp is fantastic - right on the edge of an ideal incandescent appearance. Anything cooler would look zombie and anything warmer would look artificial. And did I mention that theyre BRIGHT? Youd never know these are drawing 6w each. Considerably (I mean its obviously apparent, no A/B test necessary) brighter than the 40w incandescents they replaced.

Great replacement bulbs for the vanity in our bathroom

We love the lighting, much better than the incandescent clear they replaced. The room is now filled with a bright soft light.

Needed to replace a few globes on a bathroom fixture. I switched them all (8) and the reveal looks just great.

They are much brighter than the 40 watt incandescent bulbs I had. Also, I have other 2700 k led bulbs and these are much bluer. They are not warm light.

The old light bulbs in the bathrooms got yucky and discolored. These came perfect without any being broken and really brighten up the bathrooms.

I used them in my bathroom that has a bank of 10 lights I couldnt use all the incandescent bulbs because of the high electrical rates. Now I can use all ten with the low wattage they produce. GREAT!

These work fine and look good. I was worrying about the cool/warm light choice on these. When I installed them they did seem a bit too cool for my tastes. I was afraid I should have picked a warmer color, but now that Ive had them for a week, I dont notice color temp coolness.

Great bulbs for the bathroom, just what we were looking for.
