I ordered these manipulatives to teach place value to my 2 homeschooled grandkids, ages 8 and 6. Using hands on activities and products works wonders for anyone, especially when the concept being learned is so abstract. I only wish I had had the forsight to have ordered another board since I do have 2 kids I work with at the same time. As a retired teacher and education specialist for over 25 years with experience using similar products, I highly recommend this product.

With homeschooling the last year and a half, these have helped tremendously! They have helped our son feel the benefits of being in a classroom, without being in a school. They have helped him adjust to learning from home, just a bit easier, which means a lot to us, and makes them worth the money spent. To be honest, I almost didnt buy these, because I figured we could just use his Legos instead. But, for the reasons listed above, these were worth the money spent.
