I wasnt sure what to expect when I ordered the Coolify 2S, but other reviewers sounded satisfied, so I took a chance. I understand the basic principle of cooling the neck area to help cool the rest of the body, and Ive tried the wet towel around the neck. Problem is, that cooling doesnt last very long, if at all. This little device has surprised me so far. It does have a fan the blows air up along the sides of the face, but more importantly, it has cooling plates that go around the neck. Thats actually what makes it so effective. I tried it out for about 30 minutes, and when I removed it, the skin of my neck was colder than I expected it to be. It felt about the same as if Id had a cold compress wrapped around my neck. Definitely impressed. Im looking forward to experimenting with it, and seeing how well it does in the coming summer months. The battery seems to last, but Ive only used it on low so far, so I have yet to see how well it works when its really pushed hard to keep me cool. Also, a feature I like is using it while its plugged in. So plugging it in while sitting at a desk or using a portable battery charger can greatly extend its usefulness. I did have one issue with it, where it lost connection to my phone app. Their customer service is fantastic, and they clearly stand by their product. Their quick response guided me through the simple fix, and I havent had any other problems with it. So far, so good. Now to just wait for the real test of the Summer months.

I love my new Coolify! It works much better than other neck fans Ive owned. The charge lasts a long time and I really love that you can check how much charge you have left on the free app. You can also control the cooling/heating and fan speed from the app. I havent used the heating feature yet but the cooling is great.

We have a COOLIFY 2 we purchased last year before this 2S came out, the 2 works fine, but the 2s works even better, its cooling effect is stronger and the battery last longer, all as advertised, it is an amazing product. Also the TORRAS companys customer service is also top notch, we had a small problem with our previous COOLIFY in regard to decreasing battery life, I followed the instructions I found on-line to communicate with the Company and e-mailed the issue form to them, thinking I would never get a reply, since our product was a year or more old, I was wrong, within 24 hours a representative named JACKY responded to us, and followed up, even though the product was not in warranty, JACKY was extremely helpful, and was very proactive in finding a solution to this issue, she continued to e-mail us with timely updates, and proved to be a very helpful source of information about the new COOLIFY 2S before we purchased it, JACKY was great to work with, and a outstanding employee for her Company, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. Doesnt get as cold as I thought it would. Definitely cant keep up with Texas heat.

Battery life is terrible if you use the cooling mode, will only last 3-4 hours max. Without the cooling feature, its just a $60 neck fan! See the problem? Its also not very comfortable. The curve is tight, like for a womans neck, but its also bulky and heavy. Just not a good combination. Go with the $60 fans. Dont throw your money in the trash.

Ive only had my Torras Coolify 2s for a day, but I can honestly say that it does a very nice job of cooling. Its a bit heavier than I expected, but its quite comfortable, and feels solid and well made. I believe it will be worth the investment once I need it for daily use this summer. I only mentioned the weight in case youre traveling and packing lightly and every oz counts. It comes with a nice carrying case, too!

When I first put this collar on, all I could think was how heavy and bulky it was. Im a small person, and I cant imagine walking or running with this bouncing against my collarbone. However, the only workout I can really do lately is on a stationary recumbent bike, so it was OK. It definitely cools and the battery seems like it will last several hours, based on the dip in life per half hour workout. But its also really expensive and of limited utility, for me at least. I might feel differently when it gets really hot over the summer/ fall here. I havent installed the app. I dont feel everything needs an app, which is really just a way for companies to go everywhere with you.

Get this. If you work in the heat. If you sweat while working. This is for you.

Received a package at first from Amazon orders and received a non functional item, THE AFTER SALES DEPARTMENT called me personally and reviewed my query very well and in a great friendly manner and they were kind enough to ship me a new one with no cost at all, Thanks to the Torras team after sales department. Will definitely buy a newer version in future
