> 24 hourMy son uses this nap mat for daycare naps. We bought this for him when he turned 1 year. He now associates nap time (even at home) with this nap mat. A little thin to what you may expect, but if they are on a cot or those trifold gym mats, it should not be too much of a problem. Initially, I didnt like how the fleece blanket part of the mat is cream. Makes the whole mat look a little bland.
