Totes Kids Bubble Umbrella, Dots

> 3 dayGreat little umbrella! Not sure how long it will last, but it seems to be better quality than the kid character ones and even the brand kid adorable ones that lasted us one season. Super cute polka a dot pattern too. Love the fact that its a bubble style so it keeps my daughters upper body dry. The best part about this umbrella though is the fact that its see through!! I cant tell you how incredibly handy this is for a child, and parent! My daughter, 4, would always have the worst time seeing anything and I would constantly have to hold the top part of her other umbrella and guide her so she wouldnt bump into anything. With this style though not only does it cover her body more since its a bubble but she can actually see where shes walking! Something that seems so simple, but truly does make a difference. Still going strong here in Oct. 2018! Hasnt ripped or anything. A little harder now to open, definitely difficult for my daughter who is 5 but I absolutely would buy this again if I needed too.

> 3 dayI gave this as a present to my 2.5 year old daughter and she is obsessed with it. She has opened and closed it about every 20 seconds for the last hour and it works great. It is small and light enough that its easy for her to maneuver but is deep enough that it keeps her dry. We are buying another one for when it inevitably gets destroyed from too much love. Plus, it makes for adorable pictures.

> 3 dayWe used this at Halloween for my daughter when she wanted to be a jellyfish (see Pinterest!). She used battery powered mini LED lights and iridescent curling ribbon. Turned out super cute!

> 3 dayThe pole is bent. It looks like the umbrella is angled, but I’m holding it perfectly straight. The pole is bent so badly it looks crooked.

> 3 dayMy 4 and 6 six year old granddaughters love their umbrellas. They love the size and how it covers them up in the rain, it’s easy to carry and they love that that they can see where they are going while not getting wet!

> 3 dayThis umbrella is so adorable! I bought them for my two kids to complete their Halloween costume. My girls are ages five and nine and they are a perfect size for them. They are now using them for their umbrellas for this rainy season. I really like how they are see-through so that they can walk and stay out of the rain.

Greater than one weekSturdy enough for my 4 year old, going on 5. She loves having her own umbrella and this one is great because of its shape. Seems less likely to poke somebody in the eyes while open and she can see through it while walking. Probably won’t block the sun very well since it’s clear but we got it for rain, not sun. The only thing that I don’t like is that it pinched my daughters hands when she tries to close it.

> 3 dayMy daughter loves this umbrella (the clear one with colored dots), and it fits her well. She is able to open it and close it on her own, and I suspect its manageable by most kids ages 3 and up. She did pinch her finger once between the plastic slide and the main rod when trying to close it, but after showing her how to make sure her fingers are in the right place when she opens and closes it, shes good to go. (Note that this has a much more kid-finger-friendly plastic slide/lock mechanism than the old metal slide/latch mechanisms of my childhood. If she had pinched my finger in one of the old metal types, it would definitely have left a mark.) I would strongly recommend this for someone wanting an umbrella for their 3-8 year old.
