> 3 dayIts a kids umbrella and you get what you pay for. Keeping that in mind, I explained to my 9 year old the limits of the umbrella. Im sure the metal bars would be prone to bending or even the material might tear if youre too careless with it. But its a beautiful umbrella and the PERFECT size for a kid. My motherly advice, this J-handle is the BEST option!!! The spring-release type, with the handle you have to push in until it clicks, can leave bruised faces if a kid isnt cautious. A kid tends to stand with their face right over the damn thing when they try to close it, too! And of course they push down on it, so if (WHEN) it slips...BAM! Right in the smacker!..my poor daughter, she learned the hard way! J-handle for the WINNN!

> 3 dayMy 3 1/2 year old son LOVES his rainbow umbrella. Unfortunately, he loves to perform singing in the rain spinning the umbrella more than he uses it properly. So thats why the 4 starts because when a pre-schoolers are rough with it, the frame does bend. I am afraid he can break it. But it does cover him completely and he CAN SEE while walking with his umbrella. Its adorable and he loves it. Just a little flimsy for the inevitable rough-housing.

> 3 dayIt was a gift for my four year old granddaughter and she loves it. She has only used it once since she has received it but it seems very sturdy and easy to use. I love that it is domed shaped and harder for the wind to cary it away.

> 3 dayI bought this umbrella for my 3 year old granddaughter. If it was raining when I picked her up from daycare, it was difficult to hold her (60. lbs) in one arm and hold a golf sized umbrella in the other hand to cover both of us and carry anything that was coming home with us that day. So, I looked and found this umbrella. Its large enough to cover her head and shoulders and the design keeps the amount of water getting on her to a minimum. On the other hand, it is small enough that she can easily hold it without bumping into everything around her. Also, the clear bubble (although accented with colored polka dots) allows her to easily see to the front and sides of her. She loves it because it is adorable and it makes it feel like a big girl when she is able to hold it by herself.

> 3 dayI purchase two of these for my 2 yo and 5 yo and they both love them. I dont have to worry about my kids running into anything if they accidentally put the umbrella too low because they are able to see perfectly through the clear material. Theyre made well and I love the designs on them. My 2 yo is able to open and close it easily and I dont have to worry about either of them accidentally pinching themselves in the process.

> 3 dayIt’s an adorable umbrella and a great size for kids to preteens. It opens and closes easily, and I like that it has the safety covers on the points of the umbrella spokes. I’d definitely buy it again.

> 3 dayNice umbrella, but it was too small for an average sized 6 yr old. We are getting the adult size bubble umbrella instead.
