> 3 dayThe coloring of this umbrella is not the same as showed. A little disappointed since I thought it was a light blue but when I received it the color is dark blue

> 3 dayI bought these umbrellas for my two daughters, who are four and six, and they were ecstatic!!! The umbrellas are nice quality, and the kids think they are so cool that they are essentially in a little bubble outside in the rain.

> 3 dayMy 4 and 6 six year old granddaughters love their umbrellas. They love the size and how it covers them up in the rain, it’s easy to carry and they love that that they can see where they are going while not getting wet!

> 3 dayThe pole is bent. It looks like the umbrella is angled, but I’m holding it perfectly straight. The pole is bent so badly it looks crooked.

> 3 dayIts a kids umbrella and you get what you pay for. Keeping that in mind, I explained to my 9 year old the limits of the umbrella. Im sure the metal bars would be prone to bending or even the material might tear if youre too careless with it. But its a beautiful umbrella and the PERFECT size for a kid. My motherly advice, this J-handle is the BEST option!!! The spring-release type, with the handle you have to push in until it clicks, can leave bruised faces if a kid isnt cautious. A kid tends to stand with their face right over the damn thing when they try to close it, too! And of course they push down on it, so if (WHEN) it slips...BAM! Right in the smacker!..my poor daughter, she learned the hard way! J-handle for the WINNN!

> 3 dayI bought this for my 2 year old granddaughter. She loves it. Perfect size and weight. It’s great that it is clear yet has fun pictures on it. Only problem is she makes us go outside with umbrellas even when it is not raining!

> 3 dayThe children can see through the umbrella, so they are less likely to walk across the street when cars are coming. This umbrella was much appreciated by the 9 year old receiver.

Greater than one weekEasy for my 4 year old son to open and hold. It keeps the rain out of his face and off his clothes.

Greater than one weekMy daughter loves this umbrella (the clear one with colored dots), and it fits her well. She is able to open it and close it on her own, and I suspect its manageable by most kids ages 3 and up. She did pinch her finger once between the plastic slide and the main rod when trying to close it, but after showing her how to make sure her fingers are in the right place when she opens and closes it, shes good to go. (Note that this has a much more kid-finger-friendly plastic slide/lock mechanism than the old metal slide/latch mechanisms of my childhood. If she had pinched my finger in one of the old metal types, it would definitely have left a mark.) I would strongly recommend this for someone wanting an umbrella for their 3-8 year old.
