> 3 dayI love this umbrella for my car umbrella. It pops open, is sturdy in the end, and I can walk along tapping it on the ground or swinging it in my hand as I hum some rhythmic ditty. I use it to poke things like elevator buttons, or even people, who yelp when poked by the solid tip. Just having this umbrella in my hands boosts my social class a couple notches.

> 3 dayThis is a classic. It is 36 long with a solid wood handle and reinforced shaft that doesnt fold up, making it work much better for what it is intended, umbrella work. It can be used, when the umbrella part is not open, as a walking stick/cane and I felt quite stylish when walking with it that way, even though I dont need a cane for walking support. The umbrella rest naturally on your shoulder, unlike the smaller fold-up varieties that are too short or dont have a real handle. The crook on the end is reassuringly solid. I dont use mine for rain, but for sun protection here in the southern Califormia desert, and I often use it when I take my dog for walks. The crook provides a convenient place to put the loop end of her leash if I want both hands free.

> 3 dayI enjoyed this umbrella very much until it stopped staying shut. Unless I use the velcro strap, it opens at the slightest tap or jostle. Its opened many times immediately after closing it as Im entering doorways, restaurants, cars, which is quite frustrating. It was a great umbrella until this started happening a month and a half into owning it, so now I cant exchange it.

> 3 dayOverall a good umbrella. Not too big but big enough for good coverage to protect when you have dress clothes on etc.

> 3 dayI live in Florida. Sometimes it rains. I have a black umbrella to carry for funerals. I have a multi-colored umbrella to use for other occasions. I decided to buy a khaki umbrella to replace my multi-colored umbrella. Im not a golfer. I just wanted a neutral-colored umbrella to carry when I wasnt going to a funeral or pretending to be a golfer. This should fit the bill.
