Greater than one weekThe wooden center swells after getting wet a few times and makes it impossible to open or close. Worked great when I could open it. Probably got about thirty uses out of it.

> 3 dayI bought this as an aerial dance performance prop, and the choreography involved flipping it, hooking it and removing from arms/legs, spinning around with it, and dropping it from the height of the ceiling. I was not gentle with it, and was a bit concerned about if the umbrella would snap in two, but never had any issues. Now that the show is done, going forward this will be my personal fancy umbrella (as opposed to the normal mini folding ones).
