The elastic band at the bottom and a lap neck make dressing and diaper changes a breeze. Our preemie gowns are suitable for preemies and newborns from 6 to 9 pounds. Our 0-6 month gowns run a bit larger so they last until your baby turns 6 months old. Our gowns are made of 100% cotton, so some shrinking should be expected.
