Performs exactly as expected. The hook turned out to be quite useful, in addition to all 3 ball sizes. Very satisfied.

This is a heavy duty hitch insert. I really like the tow hook and the three size hitch balls. My only concern is that it is powder coated instead of galvanized. With time it may rust weld itself into my receiver. Time will tell.
