I would give this a zero if I could. Do not buy this unit. I wish I wouldnt have throw the box out, so I could have returned it. I got this to replaced a working 5 port unit. As soon as I plugged it in, my internet went down. My bluray players (directly wired) wouldnt even play discs. They would stutter and stop. By plugging this unit in, my entire home network went haywire. I unplugged it and plugged the old unit back in and everything works just as it did before. If you want to mess up your network, buy this unit.

Worked for about two years and then Malfunctioned to the point it was only giving 10mbps. Had to swap out this one for an old netgear that I had laying around that still gives 1gbps. Prob just going to go with netgear next time.

I needed to connect a number of devices to my Ethernet, but I only had a single Ethernet cable coming from the cable company’s modem. This turned that single cable into the equivalent of a multiple-outlet strip. Set up was a no-brainer. Highly recommended!

What can I say... it works and its less than $13. What more do you want? I dont find the LEDs distractedly bright since it is visible in my console.
