It was easy to install and works perfectly. The app is very easy to navigate.

Device offline from time to time even it sits next to WiFi router. Pretty unstable! Set away mode for 12 hours, but it only turns on once. Don’t waste your money

Do not buy... Spent over an hour and it would not connect to the wifi or work with alexa

Cant connect. Blames the network, when everything else in my house is connecting just fine. Hours wasted trying to get it to work.

Could not connect to Nest WIFI router, until the firmware was updated to version 1.3.2 (used a mobile hotspot). Used Works with Google to link the TAPO service in the Google Home App. All is good.

Works great, easy to set up. But occasionally will lose connection.

Allows for fairly complicated schedules with up to 20 events per plug.

Like - small design, quick connection, consistently connects dislike - having to download another app (though more of an annoyance than a dislike)

Set up the device in a minute and it works with my Echo perfectly. For people who need a smart plug with reasonable price, this is definitely the right choice.
