Works great on my boat trailer. No trouble hauling my 14 Aluminum with 15HP motor out of the water. I replaced my old winch because the Pawl spring kept coming off. The spring on this one is much better. Operation is smoother as well.

This trailer winch appears to be more than strong enough for my 14 wood Stauterbuilt fishing boat. It was easy to install and works well.

I ordered this winch used but was told it was undeliverable. It was delivered anyway. The ratchet lock only works in one direction though. Is there a way to fix it? Can a new pawl mechanism be ordered?

Does pull like I thought it would. I only have a 17 foot boat..but it didn’t last long. Strap broke several times.on to the next
