> 3 dayI get blisters on my pinky toes so got this for walking/running. I then found (to my delight) that I could use the cream on parts of my foot where high heeled shoes rub. I now wear pumps I avoided before. Works great.

> 3 dayHad issues running long distances and chaffing in areas other than my toes, lets just leave it at that. Was recommended Trail Toes. Once application lasts the entire day. In NC, I get very soggy from sweat, and using this before my run, I do not have any problems with chaffing.

> 3 dayThis stuff is amazing! My family hiked 150 miles this summer without a blister. The cream is not like a moisturizer which gets absorbed and its also not greasy. It kept our feet from both drying out or being too sweaty. I wont hike again without it.

Greater than one weekI cant even begin to say how much I love this product. Everytime I travel somewhere and do a lot of walking, like New York or Disneyland, I get blisters on the bottoms of all of my toes. After the first day, I am miserable and it pretty much ruins my time. My daughter wanted to take a mother-daughter trip to Disneyland in California last October. I decided to check into different products runners use to prevent blisters. First of all, I discovered there are special Thorlo socks one can buy. They were pricey, $15.99 a pair, but I bought three pair. Next, I read about this product. I bought it and took it with me. I used it ALL over my feet each morning before I put on the socks. I also purchased a good pair of tennis shoes with good support. I did not have one single blister. It was amazing. We got to California on a Monday. We went to the park 6 days. Our husbands flew in for the weekend...and we had a great time. This was a huge help to me. I couldnt be happier. For years, I have worn plain socks with tennis shoes. That is fine for day to day activity...but for constant all-day walking, this product is amazing and protects your feet. I only used it once in the morning. That was all I needed. The combination of the socks and Trail Toes did the job. This one jar will last a long time.

> 3 dayThis has been a great product for eliminating hot spots between my toes. I wear Correct Toes on my feet and this product works better than anything I’ve tried. I lasts the whole day.

> 3 dayWorks well to cut down on toe/foot hotspots. Mostly not an issue for me, but on long runs it can happen and this product has cut that random occurrence down. If you have any hotspots or blisters, while I dont think it is a miracle for poor fitting shoes or poorly tightening, I think it is worth a try. Have tried run/hikegoo as well. That works as well, but this is nicer to apply and deal with. To some degree i feel like i might be overpaying for Vaseline or similar.

> 3 dayI have nearly 1000 hiking miles in since using this product for the first time. I have had zero blisters in that 1000 miles. I coat my feet with this stuff every night in my tent and let them air dry well. I put on a little more in the morning and no matter how many stream crossings or mud piles or downpours you walk through....Trail Toes keeps your feet maceration and blister free. I wont hit the trail without it anymore. Even for an overnight.
