Tram 1296 NMO to UHF (SO239) Mobile Antenna Mount Adapter

This item may be finr - however - I need the SO239 with a FEMALE PL259. My external antgennae has a MALE PL259 connector attached, Is such an item available/doable? COST$?

I thought the adaptors were the same like the picture, but they were not. The quality seems to be poorer than the one of the picture.

This adapter worked great for my NMO fitting so an antenna could be attached.
