This bag has options for carrying on the side, on top or backpack style i love the wayway it opens like a suitcase all the way down the side. We used this bag instead of the small rolling suitcase and it was so much better.

This travel backpack is pretty awesome! Very well thought out! I have not seen too many backpacks that include all the features one would want and need for a travel backpack. The pockets and nooks and crannies are endless useable space for any traveler and the main compartment for clothes or the suitcase area is spacious! The fact that you can go from using it as a backpack to a suitcase (You can hide the back pack straps and carry it by the handle like you would with a regular suitcase is great! You can also attach it to a suitcase trolley which is pretty cool. One could also use this as an everyday backpack for work or school and it will carry I would guess most laptops with ease. I tried to offer the use of this to my husband who was going on a 10 day trip shortly after it arrived but he thought it to be not a very manly color for him so he declined. The blue/purple color is beautiful in my opinion. All the straps can be hidden away which I like, so if you want to use as just a suitcase there are no straps hanging anywhere. One of the best things I can think of with this back pack is the fact that it folds down so it is easily stored away when not in use and it doesnt take up a lot of space. Although I have not used this for air travel, I can assume it is small enough to be a carry on bag. There is enough room, in my opinion for up to a weeks adventure in travel. There is nothing I can see that I do not like about this bag! This backpack is so versatile, one would be sorry if they did not give this bag a try!

This is a lovely backpack. I recently took a cruise. I packed a change of clothes and toiletries for the first night, just in case my luggage was not in my cabin before dinner. I did not use it again until I needed it to leave the ship because my luggage was prepared for disembarkment the night before. I used my dry bag on my trip for daily use. This backpack is literally coming apart at the seams. Both handles, where the straps are attached and near the zippers. I love the concept, but not the quality! **** Follow up. 4/14/23. I travel with my spouse and his job quite a bit, as well as our vacations and weekend trips. Having a good backpack is essential because I often pack just a backpack rather than a large suitcase. This pack is perfect! We took a trip to the UK a few weeks ago and I had purchased a Swiss Tech bag for the trip, I wish I had seen this bag first. During the two weeks we were gone, my new Swiss Tech bag started to rip at the seams. This bag is not designed in a way that seems it would rip easily at the stitching. Its sturdy, thick, and heavy duty but not so much so that it is bulky or difficult to carry. It carries like a backpack or like a suitcase and the handles feel strong enough to hold a lot of weight. It packs like a backpack or a suitcase. The largest compartment is expandable so I can actually pack my spouse and I both for an overnight trip. There are pockets suitable for wet items, toiletries, as well as whatever else you need. There are smaller inner pockets in the larger compartments and more easily accessible outside pockets as well. I had no problem getting everything I needed for a couple of days in this bag. This is legitimately my new favorite travel bag. If I had to complain about anything, I would have preferred a slightly darker purple color. Other than that, this bag has already replaced my two other travel backpacks.

Lots of pockets to secure your items, spacious for store your clothes for a short trip, and very easy to carry with a comfortable back padding and strap.

This backpack is amazing. You can fit enough stuff in it for a weekend and not have to check a bag. It has plenty of pockets and expands and even has a pocket for those small liquids. It looks good and feels good. It is quality and you will be able to use it for several trips. This beats the rolling carry-on bags.

I gave this a a Christmas present for my oldest daughter who loves to travel! It’s great quality, the perfect size and holds a lot.

I recently had a quick trip and didn’t want to use an actual suitcase. There’s a ton of room I could have easily fit a couple more days worth of clothes as well as shoes. Love all the different compartments for storing things separately. It was a road trip so I’m not sure if this would qualify as a personal bag when flying but I’ll definitely check for my next trip.
