It tears easily.

Ordered this for my upcoming trip. The suitcase Im using is XL and black. I wanted something that will pop at baggage claim. Easy to put on the suitcase. I actually love this so far.

I bought two to protect my wifes new luggage from being beaten up. She flies internationally once a year and shes had some bad experiences. The covers have held up so far after one roundtrip with a total of at least 8 plane changes. Yes, they came back with scuff marks, but that is expected. No tears though. I did take the covers to my seamstress and had her alter them, though, for easier access to the side handles as the original design doesnt quite line up with the handles.

I really liked the idea of protecting my luggage from being banged up by the airlines. So far I believe that part worked.

Very thin and delicate material. There are several holes and cuts after just one round trip on the back side. We still like it, becase we didnt get this for protection, more for cosmetic purpose.

I ordered a large based on the sizing chart. My suitcase was swimming in it. It was so big that it would slip and cover the wheels (and stop rolling) within 5 feet. I do like the material and idea of a bright, easily visible suitcase as I will be traveling in an area where there are lots of warnings about theft from luggage carousels at the airport. With the way this is dragging the material under the wheels, a thief would not get very far but then neither would I. I dont know if I was sent the wrong size, even though the package did was marked as large. The item itself does not have a size on it. Whatever, if you are on the smaller side of the size range, you might want to get the smaller size. Other reviews have complained of it being too small. Will return and get a smaller size.

I have four other of these suitcase covers by this company and they are wonderful, I ordered this and when I zipped it closed, the zipper just opened right up and would not stay closed, even when the suitcase was on the bed so I returned it.

Pretty sturdy material. Ive used it twice already for a trans-pacific flight and it held up pretty well.

Great cover for the luggage. It protect my luggage from getting damage.
