> 3 dayI would like to know if there is a refund policy in place for this bag. The clasp that holds the strap on to the bag keeps coming sprung open. I purchased the bag some time ago for a special trip and did not use it until we took that trip last week. I had to carry the bag by the handles since the clasp would not stay locked.

> 3 dayI was looking for a bag that would qualify for the Spirit Airlines personal item (that is free) with maximum space. This bag was perfect! I bought it based on another reviews photo of it sitting in the Spirit bag measurer. I was able to pack enough clothes for a quick trip to FL...3 days. Great find. Has a laptop sleeve as well, but it can be removed if you dont need it. I wish the shoulder handle had a little more padding, but overall, I have nothing but good things to say.

> 3 dayI love the looks of it. Not sure how sturdy it will be. It is very light. Possibly flimsy? Will tell when I take it on my trip. No pockets with zippers, that is a disappointment. A few flimsy side pockets, but not very deep for holding things like pass ports. The laptop sleeve is good. I do not think it would hold its shape if anything heavy is put in it. My husband is carrying the heavy stuff in his carry on ( my old one) . Post trip to Alaska... Still love the looks of it. It preformed well. Very soft and kind of flimsy compared to my old one. Pros. I could stuff it with soft things and squash it under the seat. Looked fashionable. Rode well on my suitcase. laptop sleeve worked well. Cons, No outside pockets, except for zipper on top and bottom where suitcase handle goes. If not paying attention one could slip something in what appears to be a zipper pocket and potentially have it drop out the bottom . It would be safer to have no zipper there. Inside pockets useless. not deep enough to keep anything in place and very flimsy. over all I will keep it, but would be happier with a few improvements. Especially an outside pocket for documents

> 3 dayI bought both the large and small for travel. They both hold a lot. I planned to use the large as a carry-on for a United flight, but was afraid it would be too large. I used the small with no problem, but Im sure I could have used the large as long as it wasnt completely stuffed since it can be squished to fit the sizer at the airport.
