> 24 hourThe colors of the tags (I got gray and pink) were exactly what I was expecting and hoping for. I love the colors. These are a very soft leather and seem to be pretty good quality. One of the tags was bent in the package but after sitting out for a while it’s fine now. The only other thing I will say is when you open the tag to see the information it has uneven brown edges at the bottom which isn’t a big deal but it doesn’t look the best either (see picture) I’m planning to add a last name decal, fingers crossed that it works out!

> 24 hourThe color is a nice deep red, it looks a lot more expensive then it is. The strap is thick and sturdy, I wish it was a bit longer, but not a big deal. Luggage tag has a flap so information is covered, but the flap has no place to tuck in, so it is willy nilly. If anything were to break or tear its the flap.
