Travel quite a bit and this has made it through like a champ

The zipper ripped on the first trip with this. For the price, youd expect better.

I bought this thing a little over a month ago. We took a cruise, we drove down to the port from our house. While packing back up the last night of the cruise, I notice the stitching at one end of the zipper had completely come apart. It was not handled roughly, like it went through baggage handling at an airport. Im disappointed in the durability and quality of the garment bag, especially with the high cost of it. Weve had bags we bought years ago at 1/4 of the price last for 20 yrs and this didnt make it one trip. Hopefully their warranty is as good as they say it is. I will try to update this after dealing with the needed repairs.

Zipper broke on first trip

Big Bag!..... Holds all the wifes overpacking!.....Rolls Smooth like a bowling ball!....Stands sturdy on it own!....Fabric seems like it will hold up against the gentle caring airport workers.....Nice sturdy hide away Handle! WOW What A Great Bag....not ZIPPER BROKE ON THE OUTSIDE ZIPPER POCKET THE FIRST DAY...FIRST TRIP...IN THE AIRPORT! Not Happy at all!

Id buy one again. I was impressed with the quality and durability. Pockets inside aid in packing as it conveniently uses all available space.

Everything about this garment bag is excellent. I was most impressed with how lightweight the bag is. Not having to fold everything is a definite plus for me!
