    Worked for a regular keystone jack for me Cat6 RJ45 Keystone Jack Punch-Down Network Black (30). I also use a punch tool Southwire Tools & Equipment PDTC-1 Comfort Grip Punch Down Impact Tool, 110-style from a bigbox store(blue) for $10 that cuts off the end of the wire while punching.
