Used at a dinner for our pastor and it was a big hit

Went to Party City for 90th b-day deco and was told they (my store) stops milestone b-day deco at age 80...really?!! Anyway, ordered this sign and it was amazing, my dad was very impressed! Not sure what the material is. But it is thick and has a vinyl type of consistency. It has anchor rings on each corner to hang the sign...I just used some push pins.

The picture in the ad makes the color look deep and vivid. In reality the color is a bit washed out. Other than that it served its purpose.
