Fantastic Cable for reducing radio interference

The A-B type USB cables are nice to have for a variety of devices that use the squared off end (like printers, some disk drives, and some 2-way radios). The lump of Ferrite is there to keep some RFI noise off the line, I presume it works, but have not run into noise issues so far, but the idea is great and the price is right. Dr. T.

I got this for my pc to scanner cable, I bought a high quality Pro grade Epson scanner, and it shipped with a very long USB cable. I know that when it comes to USB cables. the shorter the cable the better is always the rule. This cable is only three feet long, and has dual ferrite filters (one on each end) just like the cable that epson sent. Due to the massive amount of data that a high resolution scanner sends back to the pc, I wanted a top qulity cable. I feel confident that is exactly what I have. No worries here.

Bought this to replace a USB cable that came with a high end DAC that I use with my computer. Other cable started acting flaky and this one fixed the issue immediately.

Great cable, but the ferrite chokes do limit where it can be used. Couldnt use with one of my printers because the chokes held the lid open.
