Tulip 17581 Dimensional Metallic Fabric Paint, 6-Pack (Glow)

Very good stuff. I love these types of paints for shirts, but in this particular set the colored glow paints dont really glow much at all... I have had to go over the colors with the standard glow paint which is almost colorless to make sure they glow nice and bright. Fun to use though for sure. :)

Love this stuff!!! I paint this on fabric lightly with a brush. The result is nicely glittery.

So much fun to use and easy to control. Still feels a little sticky after fully fried, but that’s the nature of the type of paint. Stays raised exactly as applied.

I used these to turn a denim vest into the costume from Hedwig and the Angry Inch. They can be used straight from the tube or with brushes to create the look you want. They accomplished what I wanted for the costume, and they werent too pricey.

To be fair these might be awesome for another purpose but I got them to decorate diapers and stars (foam stars with sayings for nursery wall) and didnt realize it would take hours and hours and hours for paint to dry. Luckily I tried before the shower or we would have had a major mess on our hands.
