> 3 dayWhen Tulip Etimo first came out, I bought the gray set and loved them. I was a little leery because I would normally have only used Susan Bates inline hooks. I was pleasantly surprised to find I could use Tulip Etimo and they are so comfortable. Then I saw an online advertisment for a Pink Tulip Etimo Gift set that had only been released in England and thought they were beautiful. I contacted Caron to see if they would get the pink set and they told me to watch for it. This set is different from the first one released in England. Its case is elegant, pink leather-looking, the English release was cloth. The hooks themselves come in a variety of shades of pink, the English set had just a uniform shade of deeper pink. Have to say I liked the first English set better as far as looks, I dont care for the light pink shades. From what I can find online now, the English version has been changed to this one also. Taste in color intensity aside, this is a quality set of hooks that are a pleasure to use.

Greater than one weekI usually use in-line hooks, and the hooks with the tapered end usually slow me down and split my yarn. These dont! I LOVE THESE HOOKS! shaft is just long enough and the handle has just enough give and grip. Plus theyre pink, my fave color! The case and accessories are simply adorable as well!

Liz C,
Greater than one weekI thought long and hard before springing for these hooks. I hoped they were worth the hype; otherwise, they were going to be returned. Wow! They are wonderful. Yarn glides on and off with precision. It is a pleasure to crochet with these tools. My hand doesn’t cramp or tire. Complete pleased, plus the case is pretty and compact.

> 3 dayI treated myself to a set after a job promotion. The case is cute. Other reviews complain that the tassel falls off. Though tempting to use the tassel to unzip its not made to be pulled on. Theres a matching tab to use. So I havent had an issue. *I still get squeeky pulls of my tension is tight though the metal feels smoother and nicer, it doesnt feel that much easier to slide through stitches for faster work up. * They are significantly lighter than cheaper brands and I do like that. And the handles do feel nice, but not much softer than other brands. Maybe a little increase in my speed but nothing that blows my mind. *Im in the US and because these are metric I made a small conversion chart to keep in the little zipper pouch. So are they worth the price? Maybe not, but I still consider owning them a luxury, and love working with them. Would make a good gift or treat to have.

> 3 dayI felt like the rich and famous opening the box of such an elegant set of crochet hooks. Love the crystal and the tassel. The best part naturally is the hooks. Excellent quality for sure. I bought a single hook to try this brand out. I am doing a amigurumi project that is all loops. This is very hard on the hands. So I figured this would let me know if these hooks were right for me. The hook passed with flying colors. My hands did not hurt and I did not realize how long I was crocheting. Treat yourself to a set of these hooks. Try out one hook first to see if you like this hook. Expensive indeed. Worth the money. Amazon had the cheapest price I found online within a dollar. I have other sets of hooks like many others. But, I will be using these from now on.
