Excellent value and have used them to brighten up faded colors on sneakers (Vans) and other projects

They write on the fabric but it hardly seemed to be permanent. At least that was the case for me. And yes i did let it dry for at least a day.

They do bleed through when using. Put something in-between the 2 layers of clothing.

We bought them so kids could decorate a shirt and they were great and glowed under neon except I think for 2 colors
