Bought is as a gift. Nicely built. Was not sure it was going to be big enough for a laptop when I got it, but the person who received the gift was thrilled. Everything fits perfectly and plenty of pockets to organize all your travel stuff. Nice Looking as well.

Love myTumi. I wasn’t a big “back fan” for older women (I’m 54) but this is not your typical chunky back pack. Classic style

Excellet quality. Thoughtful design, sections and pockets. Isolated laptop enclosure separate from the main compartment. The zippers and the gold metallic finish add a touch of elegance. Would highly recommend this product.

What can I say about this product? I love this bag and I normally hate backpacks. This bag is comfortable either over the shoulder or wearing traditionally. The handle at the top is great for quick grab from the floor or TSA screening belt. The bag still looks great after 2 months of daily use that includes multiple airplanes and airports. I love how everything has a place and I can find things easier. The look is excellent and maintains its shape.

The zippers are pretty but they stick. Not easy to close.

It burns me that I paid such a ridiculous amount for a backpack that doesnt even have adjustable straps. Or, rather, barely adjustable -- at the shortest length the backpack is bouncing super low on my butt, and at 54 Im not even that short! I wish I hadnt splurged on this. Its a nice-looking bag, but clearly intended only for tall/large people.

This bag is amazing and you will get many compliments on it. I put a lot of heavy items in it and it does not feel heavy. When I first received it and used for the first time, it was so light I thought I kept forgetting my computer. The compartments are a nice feature as well.
