I wrote to the company asking if they can send a replacement piece, they responded immediately and sent a whole new complete helmet after locating my order with Amazon.

Although its not as flashy as other helmets geared towards his age group, I appreciate the bright color and ease of use. The only issue weve had is that it is not as clear to a young child which side is the front and which side is the back, which has caused a few tantrums when hes prompted to change it. Otherwise, a solid product and a good value for the price!

The good thing is that it fits perfectly for my older one (6 years old). The build quality is good enough for kids. My daughter actually tried this with her first ice skating class and she definitely loves it.
