Unable to download or activate the software.

Package was sealed to look new; however, cd was corrupted. It was clearly used and sold under false pretenses. I’m disappointed.

I was cautious because of the number of fake TurboTax copies being sold on the internet when not directly purchased from Intuit or Intuit partners. But all turned out fine! Unopened, sealed software arrived quickly as described. Good experience!

I like the step by step procedure but there sure are lot of steps.

Was probably pirated was never able to launch program just kept saying turbo tax 2015 quit unexpectedly...

While the downloaded program works well with my IMAC, this is a 2015 version of Turbo Tax. When I tried to print out the documents from my macOS Big Sur version 11.5.1, it would not allow me to. I contacted Apple and they said the issue was with Turbo Tax. I contacted them and they said they no longer provide support for any product before 2017. I had to upload the program on a PC and then it did work properly and I was able to print. Bottom line, it works better on a PC than a MAC.

The product would not work on my mack computer I stating it was mack computer back when I order it. I send it back to the company that send it to me I have not heard from them,
