The mount itself is a bit on the heavy side compared to others Ive used, but thats good in this case, because the arm comes with two locking mechanisms. The one on top of the mount is the expected Garmin-style bike computer mount (quarter turn to lock in the computer). But theres also a second mount that locks in underneath the mount arm via a quick-release mechanism. That bottom mount can accommodate a GoPro or GoPro mount-compatible bike headlight. Its a clever design, with a nice accessible thumbscrew used to control the tilt angle of a bottom-mounted accessory. With a GoPro or similar accessory attached to the bottom of the mounting arm and a bike computer on top, I expect that the extra weight of the arm would be welcome. I only mounted a bike computer on top, which worked just fine. Super solid and the locking action was tight and confidence-inspiring. This is a nice mount, particularly if you want the dual-functionality of computer + GoPro or computer + headlight setup using just one piece of mounting hardware.

Bought this for my Edge 130 to replace the goofy little holder that Garmin sends you. This mount should be standard equipment. Easy to install, rock steady and gives a very clear view of the screen. Easily 5 stars.

This mounted easily next to the stem and puts a Garmin type mount in front of the bars and clear of my center brake levers. I can now mount Garmin or other head units, cameras, mobile phones, and lots of other mount compatible equipment. This has both a top and bottom mount so two devices can be attached at the same time. This is a big help in getting devices out of the way of the cables and keep them easily visible while recording rides.

Last Christmas, my wife got me an entire Garmin Edge system: Front HeadLight/Rear Light (with radar)/GPS & Computer and the arm mount that attached the front light and GPS to the handlebar. I was using my mountain bike the most at that time so I mounted the entire Garmin system to that bike. Worked Great!

I love these double-mount setups. I bike commute, and having the light off of my handlebar/helmet helps a ton just to free up space and keep the light out ahead of my wheel. Comes with plenty of pieces to get it mounted up however you want and need, holds securely, doesnt slide around the bar, all good. Cheaper than the real brands too, its about time I can stop paying ridiculous prices for plastic.

This is very functional and definitely work as a garmin mount with a gopro adapter under it. The construction seems to be of quality plastic and it comes with rubber spacers to fit both 35mm and 31.8mm bars. My only concern is that because it is plastic it might not stand up to a crash. For road use this is probably perfect, and likely very functional for mountain bike use, but I still have my concerns about the ability to weather a crash.

This is an aftermarket (aka knock-off) for the Garmin front mount. It includes both the mount (Garmin sells for $34) and the quarter turn friction flange (Garmin sells for $15). So for $15, is it good? Short answer:Yes. Long answer: keep reading.

Setup was super easy! After figuring out where exactly I wanted to place it, I bolted it down and I was good to go. Placing the computer was just as easy by turning clockwise into the bracket. It snapped into place and I was off to the trails! I have used this for a few weeks and absolutely love it!
