Came as promised and was carefully wrapped for no damage.

Attic in the summer , it was hot!!! but, I wasnt paying $200.00 For the company to do it!

This bulb came well packaged and even included gloves to handle the bulb with to prevent creating grease spots from your hands on the glass. Grease spots will cause hot spots on the bulb and decrease its life-span. These are much cheaper than what Ive found for the 2-year guaranteed bulbs even if I have to replace once a year. It fit perfectly in my APCO unit that previously contained a Fresh-Aire branded TUVL-215. Jurys out on how long these actually last.

I had no idea how dangerous it was to look at one of these UV lamps during the installation process-- causes permanent eye damage similar to looking at a welding torch without eye protection-- I was being cocky and didnt turn off the power, not realizing the reason to disconnect it. 2 days of intense pain and burning-- eye doc said to keep lubricating the eyes with eye drops (lubricating ONLY, not anti-redness)-- burning has subsided but I notice some eye damage 3 days later. Can cause macular degeneration. Hopefully no on will be as stupid as me!

Not the same as the original in width. Larger in width. Broken. If you want it to fit. You will have to widen the hole a little bite more with a rat tail file. Not sure how it lights up because as soon as I tried to fit it without making it bigger it broke. Did not want to buy another one.
