The 9500S kit comes with a pair of OEM power cables, but they are too short (5-6 feet) to be of use to me. I wanted to run the cable through the speaker stands [1] I purchased, and then have plenty of cord left so that I could still position the stands some distance from the nearest electrical outlet.
