so i thought these had hooks on them like the photo but they did not. they are also not a string its wire which made it very hard to put up. then the box tore when I was trying to open it so I packed it up as best I can to return. do more searching if you want a product like this. not good for photo hanging. also...these light were very bright and blue. I know they are LED but I have some LED thats not that color. it wasnt the prettiest on the wall.

Initially disappointed cuz I though they were thicker, but boy did they exceed my expectations. Dispite the seeming frailness, they are actually really bright and pretty durable. They light up my whole room, I can even read with them on and no ceiling light.

Had a similar type of string last year, but the maker isnt online any more. Went searching for something that was multicolored, non-flashing and in the fairy-style with the very thin wire but the lights pretty bright. Found these and have been quite pleased with them. I have a string around our bedroom window and the office window. They look great and dont take a lot of support to keep in place. (Used to have rope lights until they burnt out and those are a pain to put in place compared to these.) My only criticism is that you cant put these on a timer. You have to push the button on the cord to turn them on. I have them in an Alexa plug to turn on and off, but when the plug turns on the lights are still off. They do turn off (because the power from the plug gets turned off), so its not a deal breaker. It would be nicer, however, if they just turned on when the power is connected. Not enough to remove a star, since I probably should have been able to tell this based on the description and previous purchases, but a suggestion for a future iteration and warning to anyone expecting these to work on a timer or Alexa-type remote home device.

Once I received these I found it that the brand is twinkle but the lights dont twinkle, they only go dim or bright based on what you set them on. They dont automatically change brightness. Very misleading. I need lights that twinkle.

I LOVE these lights. I love how vibrant they are. If its too bright, you can dim them. They are really easy to put up because of the way they are packed. They dont get tangled at all. Totally worth the money. Ill probably keep them up all year.

I absolutely love these twinkle lights! They are the perfect size, theyre not big, but not too small either! When they arent turned on these look small, but when turned on, they light up bigger and look perfect! I also love the little control handle, because you can adjust the brightness up and down when needed. They stretched all across a standard kids room, even with more length to spare. I love the warm white ones, because the light is soft and doesnt hurt your eyes at all!

These lights did the job. I was hoping for more of a soft yellow light, like in the picture but were more white and had a brighter glow rather than the warm glow. Remote is attached to the string. Had a lot of settings, wish it had more of a fade twinkle setting, like stars.

These light are pretty, they are not a bright as I expected but they are still lovely. They are just a little smaller then I was expecting.

These were for my Christmas tree and were great. I hate having all of those thick ugly cords on the tree and how they pull the branches down. Yuck. These were a breeze to put on and being able to bend them and have them stay in place was a bonus. I was also able to hide the wires if needed. I ended up taking off the entire string after I looked at it. The LED color bugged me more that I thought it would. I used white instead and loved them. So much tidier than Christmas lights.

Really like the black wires that blend in to the background and aren’t as noticeable as bright copper or shiny silver. The purple black-light effect looks very cool. Lights are bright, remote is simple easy to use. Timer function was not a factor-our strand stayed lit.
