I was excited to use them for my long trip. Both luggage worked well at the beginning, but the big luggage did not hold up through out the travel. One of the wheel gave up and broke into the luggage, so I can’t really push it along. It was only my first time using it and it already broke on me. I wasn’t able to return it or exchange it because the time window for return has already passed. I just like the design of the carry-on luggage and it’s durability compare to the bigger luggage. Would not recommend the set for it’s price and the longevity of it’s usage. Update: After my review, I was contacted by the after sales team, and they were able to replace a new one for me. The whole process was super nice, the nicest people that I’ve ever contacted. I was asked to sent the picture of the broken part of the luggage, so they can make sure to reinforce that part of the luggage, improving its durability. I’m a happy customer. I’m all set for my next incoming trip.I would definitely recommend, for the customer service alone.

Very lightweight and easy to roll around on thick rubber wheels. The color is beautiful and makes the luggage look very sleek. The luggage itself feels very sturdy and well-made. The zippers are very large and sturdy. In addition, the zippers can attach to a lock which is a plus and it also provides you the option of attaching a secondary lock to the zippers. The only dislike are the zippers on the inside. They have no grooves or texture on them which can make it challenging to hold and unzip/zip. In addition, the top zipper pocket compartment actually does not go all the way to the top of the luggage. Where the zipper is located is where the compartment ends. I was a bit disappointed thinking I had a few more inches of space in this top compartment for additional items. Otherwise, it is a nice 20 inch luggage.

Love the color and hard protective case itself. Rolls really nicely and the lock is a nice touch.

Great cases good quality

Im glad to see more luggage out there accommodating laptops. Separating laptop and other electronics has become the bane of airport security for business travelers. Wonderful to see a pocket built for easily removing the laptop for security, then quickly putting it back for transport. It caught the attention of my traveling coworkers and now they want one, too. Next time I travel commercially, Im putting a luggage strap on it. I dont trust the lock and zippers after two incidents with two separate gate checks. Pros: Lightweight Best roller wheels Ive ever had (and Ive had quite a few!) Laptop pocket is a great feature for pulling the laptop out without exposing entire suitcase contents at security Hard shell protects laptop and other contents in flight Fits in most overhead compartments (FYI-this still needs to be gate-checked on small commuter jets.) Cons: Received a corner dent when gate checked on its 1st flight Another gate check popped one lock open (weak locks?) Zipper feels flimsy - mine didnt break but often zipped crooked and needed to be straightened Laptop pocket holds ONLY a 15 laptop - forget about putting anything other than papers or small cords in that pocket, too.

My daughter and I recently did a trip to Florida, and we needed some updated luggage. I saw this hard-shell suitcase from TydeCkare, and it seemed to be just what we needed. It worked out very nicely as a carry-on for our trip. This is my first product from TydeCkare. The suitcase has lots of room inside, with a well-designed set of inner compartments. The outer shell provides good protection from bumps and squeezes in the overhead bin. The handle pops up easily with a touch of a button, and telescopes to 2 different heights. It goes back down just as easily. The handle is in the right position to grab and pull the luggage through the airport. The wheels move you along smoothly. The zippers have long handles that are easy to grab. But the zippers do snag just a tiny bit as you pull them. Nothing terrible, but not completely smooth. Overall, a nice piece of very nice carry-on, hard-shell luggage. I recommend it.

I love it. I want a luggage that I can put my computer and will be easy to take it out easy for security. This is the perfect luggage for that

I had gotten this same suitcase in black for my husband, and really loved it. So when I saw it come up in another color, I got one for myself. The way that it looks like it opens in the center, like a regular suitcase, is hilarious to me. The idea of thieves trying to figure out how it opens, before they get caught by someone, makes me chuckle. The main zipper just looks like its for an exterior pocket. Wheels drive smoothly and handle retracts nicely. Suitcase hasnt been on a big trip yet. Still, Im not worried about it. There is enough give in the hard sides of this bag to squished by something heavy, and then regain its shape. It will be a carry on for us anyway. We found out how flexible it was when a 3 year old decided to sit on it while it was empty. Popped right back to normal. No harm down. The inside appears like one big pocket, but actually its quite well organized and though out. Great all around suitcase.

I love this case. I wish I had also purchased the bigger version. This little carry on has suffered many airlines, bumps, drops, scrapes and still looks and performs like new.

Great piece of luggage. Only con is that the zipper may be an issue as it doesn’t appear to be very sturdy and get stuck in certain places. The outer shell is solid and doesn’t feel heavy which is key when filling up an expandable luggage
